What the app may collect

- Saved crystals tied to your signed-in account.
- Inventory or owned-piece records when that feature is available for your account.
- Photos you choose to upload for crystal identification.
- Basic session information needed to keep you signed in.
- Essential browser storage or analytics needed to operate and improve the app.
Where information is stored
App account and collection data are stored through the application's cloud database and related infrastructure used to run Crystal Collective by Foster Creations. Payment details entered into PayPal, Venmo, or another payment provider are handled by that provider under its own terms.
Exact retention periods for every data type are still being finalized by the business owner. When you ask for deletion, we will follow the process described on the data deletion page.
Identify photos
If you use Identify, the photo you upload is processed so the app can suggest a crystal match. Do not upload photos you do not want processed for that purpose.
Your choices
- You can browse the public crystal preview library without creating an account.
- You can sign in to unlock the full crystal guide and saved collection features.
- You can remove individual saved crystals from your collection.
- You can request account or personal data deletion.
- You can contact support for privacy questions.
