Crystal Collective by Foster Creations does not accept returns or offer refunds unless an order problem was caused by our mistake, such as the wrong item being sent or an order being prepared incorrectly.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. Although returns are not accepted, we will review the situation and do our best to help.

Crystals are natural products. They may contain inclusions, color variations, cracks, chips, scratches, dents, uneven surfaces, or other markings created during their natural growth.

Carving, polishing, tumbling, and shaping may also produce small marks, scratches, chips, or dents. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Every crystal is unique. The item received may vary slightly in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, or appearance from photographs shown on the site.

Crystals, crystal meanings, energy descriptions, chakra associations, spiritual traditions, and related guidance are provided for personal, spiritual, and educational purposes only.

Crystals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, mental health condition, or medical condition.

Information on Crystal Collective by Foster Creations is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal advice, emergency assistance, or other qualified professional support.

Please allow up to four business days for an order to be packed and shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times, delays, handling, and postal service issues are outside our control.

If an item arrives damaged due to carrier handling, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim. Crystal Collective by Foster Creations is not responsible for damage caused during transit.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier. Crystal Collective by Foster Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders will not be prepared, reserved, delivered, or shipped until payment has been completed.

Customers must send the correct payment amount and include any information requested by Jenn so the payment can be matched to the correct order or monthly box.

Monthly boxes are selected intuitively by Jenn. Individual crystals, colors, shapes, sizes, and combinations will vary.

Purchasing a monthly box does not guarantee a particular crystal unless that agreement is confirmed separately before payment.

Pickup, delivery, or shipping arrangements must be confirmed with Jenn.

Information provided for an order, inquiry, account, or delivery will be used to operate Crystal Collective by Foster Creations, respond to the customer, process the order, and provide requested services.

Payment information entered directly into PayPal, Venmo, or another payment provider is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

Crystal Collective by Foster Creations does not sell customer personal information.

The site may use essential browser storage, cookies, or analytics tools to keep the site working, understand general usage, remember preferences, and improve the experience.

Third-party services may apply their own cookies or tracking technologies according to their own policies.

By purchasing, submitting an order, or using a payment link presented by Crystal Collective by Foster Creations, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These terms may be updated as the shop, payment system, shipping options, or services change. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
