Use this page to request removal of your Crystal Collective by Foster Creations account or related personal data. This page does not automatically delete production records.
What you can request
- Deletion of your app account credentials.
- Deletion of saved-crystal records tied to your account.
- Deletion of inventory records tied to your account, when present.
- Review of identify uploads associated with your account, when retained.
How to request deletion
- Sign in if you still have access to your account.
- Contact support through the support page and ask for account or data deletion.
- Include your username and the email used for the account so the request can be matched safely.
- You may also remove individual saved crystals yourself from the Saved collection before sending a full deletion request.
Payment providers such as PayPal or Venmo keep payment records under their own policies. Deleting your app account does not automatically delete payment-provider history.
What happens next
A person from Crystal Collective by Foster Creations will review the request and confirm when account or personal app data has been removed. Exact processing timing is set by the business owner and will be confirmed during support follow-up.
